    Accounting & Financial Management

You started your business to do what you love — not to figure out moms declarations at 2am.

Your books are a mess and tax season terrifies you.

We take over your entire financial admin. Monthly bookkeeping, tax declarations, payroll, annual reports, K10 preparation. You get a dedicated accountant who speaks your language — literally. No more scrambling before deadlines. No more guessing what you owe.

    The cost of ignoring this

Every month you delay proper accounting, you're one Skatteverket letter away from penalties, missed deductions, and sleepless nights. Mixing personal and business accounts? That's a ticking bomb. The longer you wait, the more expensive it gets to fix.

    Frequently asked questions

How much does bookkeeping cost for a small Swedish company?

Lynkrr's accounting services start from 2,500 SEK per month for small companies. The price scales with your transaction volume. This includes monthly bookkeeping, moms declarations, and Skatteverket communication. A custom quote is provided after a free consultation.

What is included in the Swedish annual report (årsredovisning)?

The årsredovisning required for all Swedish aktiebolag includes a balance sheet (balansräkning), income statement (resultaträkning), notes (noter), and directors' report (förvaltningsberättelse). It must be filed with Bolagsverket within 6 months of the fiscal year end. Lynkrr prepares and files the complete årsredovisning for all clients.

How often do Swedish companies need to file moms declarations?

Moms reporting frequency in Sweden: monthly for companies over 40 million SEK/year, quarterly for 1–40 million SEK/year, and annually for under 1 million SEK/year. Lynkrr manages all moms filings on behalf of our clients.

Can Lynkrr take over bookkeeping for a company behind on its accounts?

Yes. We regularly onboard companies that have fallen behind. We assess the current state, reconstruct missing records, bring the accounts up to date, and manage them ongoing. A one-time catch-up fee applies depending on how much reconstruction is needed.
